If the total amount of your purchase is above 500€ we will take care of the shipping cost for you. For all other purchases from 500€ and below, there is a fixed worldwide shipping price of 35€ that will be charged to you at your final purchase step.  


exchange & returns 

Since we want you to have the best experience while purchasing with us, we offer you 15 days from receiving your order to try the items and decide if you either need other sizes* or you are not happy with your purchase**.


For exchange or return an item you must: 

  • send us an email to customercare@passepartoi.com
  • include the proof of purchase number which is included in your package/order confirmation. 
  • specify the reason of return/exchange. 


Consider that: 

  • several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards or products that are intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchange or return your item. If you paid for your first shipment, also consider that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is sent after 15 days from the receipt will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

*please consider that some of our pieces are one-size and for the special nature of the fabrics some pieces can present variations in color and shape. If you have any doubts about it, contact us before you send back the items. 

**Items must be returned unused with all the tags and labels still attached according to the condition that they were send. They also must be in the original packaging. If you overcome the 15 days unfortunately we will not be able to refund or change your item. All the returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.



Once your return is received and inspected if it meets our conditions we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return/exchange. In case that you paid for your shipment, consider that shipping costs  are non-refundable.
